      1 c  Nonfat Milk
      1 pk Instant Oatmeal; Regular
      1    Whole Banana; Cut In Chunks
      1 c  Orange Juice
  Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed
  for 1 min.
  Yield: two 8 oz servings
  Per serving: Cal 201; Fat 1.7g; Carb 42g; Fib 3.5g; Pro 8g; Sod 105mg
